Program Affiliation Process
Step 1
Complete the Program Affiliation Agreement with administration.
Step 2
Get a membership roster (template) from the school counselor. It should include first & last name, email, grade, and gender (M, F, X).
Step 3
Upload both of the above files to the Program Affiliation Form.
